Training
Policy:
The college strongly believes in
the continuous and regular upgradation in knowledge and skills of its faculty
members. It allows them with Duty Leave & TA/DA as per norms to participate
in various Faculty Development Programmes, Workshops, Seminars, Conferences and
Orientation & Refresher courses so that they can enhance their knowledge
and deliver quality content and learning experiences to the students. It
encourages the faculty to organize such trainings at college also.
Besides, members of teaching and
non-teaching staff are permitted to attend training programmes related to their
administrative and professional jobs organised by the state government, the
affiliating university and any other authority concerned.
